Job Description

Description DynaFire is seeking a highly organized and tech-forward Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to coordinate legal matters, litigation support, contract administration, and operational risk across the organization. This role will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and outside counsel, ensuring legal cases, claims, disputes, and contract matters remain organized, on schedule, and properly supported with documentation and internal coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in legal operations, construction contracts, litigation coordination, or risk management, along with strong communication, investigative, and project management skills. Experience within construction, engineering, or commercial service industries is strongly preferred. This individual will also oversee team members supporting the Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler divisions and help optimize internal legal and contract workflows. Coordinate litigation, claims, disputes, and outside counsel communication Manage legal timelines, documentation, discovery, and case organization Gather project data and conduct internal fact-finding efforts Support construction contract review, Florida lien law matters, lien disputes, billing disputes, and risk mitigation Assist with escalated accounts receivable collections matters requiring legal coordination or attorney involvement Provide executive leadership with organized case summaries and operational insights Leverage AI tools such as Claude to improve legal operations efficiency Lead and support contract administration personnel across divisions
Requirements Training and Certification Requirements:
5+ years in legal operations, construction contracts, contract management, paralegal work, litigation support, or related experience Construction industry, construction law, or commercial service industry experience preferred Familiarity with Florida lien law, contracts, liens, change orders, AR collections escalation, and dispute coordination Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Comfortable using technology and AI tools to improve workflows
Additional Requirements:
Position is primarily office-based but may require occasional travel to branch offices, job sites, attorney meetings, or court proceedings as needed Must be able to pass a background check due to the confidential legal and financial nature of the role
