Conduct detailed client consultations and skin assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and skincare roadmaps. Use strong knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, contraindications, and treatment planning to deliver safe, results-driven care. Maintain professional and accurate client treatment records, intake forms, and progress notes in accordance with med spa standards. Create a luxurious and soothing treatment experience for clients, upholding Evello's high standards for ambiance and hospitality. Educate clients on home-care routines and recommend appropriate skincare products (without pressure or gimmicks). Collaborate with the Evello team—including aesthetic and medical providers—to support eachclient's overall wellness and aesthetic goals. Stay current on trends, techniques, and continuing education in esthetics and skin health. Qualifications Active South Carolina Cosmetology and Esthetics License required Strong skill set in facial services and skincare treatments (advanced modalities preferred) Excellent understanding of skin analysis, contraindications, sanitation protocols, and productknowledge Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to foster trust and long-term client relationships Previous experience in a medical spa or upscale spa environment is highly preferred Committed to professionalism, growth, and representing the integrity and image of a luxury wellness brandWhy Join Evello?
