• Weekday Fishing Charters (South Jersey) We are looking for a reliable, licensed captain (OUPV/6-pack minimum) to run a 21' fishing charter boat during weekdays in the South Jersey area.

Duties Safely operate and manage charter trips Interact professionally with customers Maintain a positive, enjoyable experience for clients Basic knowledge of local waters and fishing preferred Requirements Valid US Coast Guard OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel) license or 6-pack certification required Boating/charter experience Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable) Strong customer interaction skills Schedule Weekday availability May-August required Flexible depending on bookings Compensation Paid position (day rate or percentage split, based on experience) Please apply with : Experience License type Availability Must include License type to be considered
