Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A well-established community healthcare organization in Sharon, Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with independent licensure to join its outpatient behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with strong provider support and an on-site psychiatrist. The position focuses primarily on providing individual therapy for patients ages 13 and older, with the majority of the patient population consisting of adults. Because psychiatric services are available on-site, the clinical work often includes moderate to more complex behavioral health cases, allowing for close collaboration and coordinated treatment planning. The active therapy panel is intentionally kept manageable, typically under 30 patients, allowing clinicians to focus on meaningful therapeutic relationships and high-quality care. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working within a supportive team environment and wants to focus on patient care while administrative responsibilities are handled by an experienced support staff.
