The contracted Licensed Cosmetologist is responsible for assisting in developing and carrying out the programs of the Community in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. May be directed by the Executive Director to provide for the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of the residents. Advances the value that the resident comes first. Serve a consistent, built-in client base of senior residents Set your own hours and services fees (must be affordable for seniors) Rental space fee: $250.00 per month Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds Job Description This position is responsible for assisting, developing and carrying out the programs of the Community in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. We are seeking a licensed cosmetologist to provide compassionate beauty services to residents in our well-established nursing facility. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own clientele with a large census base, all within a supportive on-site environment.

Must hold a current Cosmetology license in accordance with laws of the state Long term care experience desired Physical and Mental Demands The position is classified as medium work for physical exertion requirements. Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
