The ideal candidate will have strong background in cosmetology, with expertise in hair styling, color theory, wig cutting & men's haircuts . As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional services to clients while creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Your creativity and technical skills will help clients achieve their desired looks, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client's preferences. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Utilize Vagaro software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients throughout their visit. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification . Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling. Knowledge of color theory and its application in hair treatments. Experience with hair extensions/wigs, men's haircuts and braiding is a plus . Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales is desirable.
