Licensed Electrician

Join Trinity Solar as a Residential Electrician and help power homes with clean, renewable energy. $30-$45 per hour + overtime opportunities This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll perform service upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical work that supports residential solar installations. What You'll Do Perform electrical service upgrades and panel replacements. Complete utility meter relocations and electrical modifications. Install wiring, conduit, disconnects, and other solar-related electrical components. Support installation teams with electrical connections for solar systems. Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical code requirements. Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and service work. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Document completed work with photos and job notes. Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and team members. Equipment You'll Use Electrical testing tools (multimeters, etc.) Hand and power tools Conduit bending and installation tools Ladders, fall protection, and safety equipment Company vehicle for travel between job sites A Typical Day Start your day reviewing job assignments with your team Travel to residential job sites Perform panel upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical installations Support solar installation teams with system connections Ensure all work meets code and safety standards Document your work and prepare for the next job What We're Looking For Valid Electrical License required (Journeyman, Master, or local equivalent) Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) Experience in residential electrical work Solar experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops when needed Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly Strong attention to safety and quality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

$30-$45/hr
