Position Summary In this role, you will provide aesthetic services within the scope of your license while helping create a welcoming, organized, and results-driven experience for each client. You will also support treatment flow, client education, room readiness, and daily service standards. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic services within the scope of licensure Educate clients on skincare, treatment expectations, and aftercare Maintain accurate treatment notes and service documentation Prepare, clean, and organize treatment rooms throughout the day Follow sanitation, safety, and operational protocols consistently Support client comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience during visits Recommend appropriate skincare services and products based on client needs Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Participate in training and ongoing professional development Qualifications Active Aesthetician License Strong communication and client service skills Professional appearance and conduct Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a team-based environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in long-term growth within the aesthetics industry Schedule 4 days per week 8 to 10 hour shifts Sunday preferred Compensation $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience Paid training provided What We Offer Professional medical spa environment Structured onboarding and training Supportive team atmosphere Consistent full-time schedule Opportunity for continued development and long-term growth Who This Role Fits Best This position is well suited for an aesthetician who enjoys working directly with clients, values consistency and professionalism, and wants to be part of an organization that is actively growing and investing in its team.
