Perform 40-50-minute facials and advanced skincare services including (but not limited to): dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, facial cupping, and waxing Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Educate guests on skincare routines, services, memberships, and retail products Meet or exceed individual membership and retail sales goals Provide personalized service recommendations and rebook clients Maintain accurate and complete client records Follow all State Board safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services Ensure compliance with all

Hold an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (Required) Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and waxing preferred Are passionate about skincare and client results Have strong communication and relationship-building skills Thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment Can work independently and as part of a team Are available to work nights and weekends Are 18 years of age or older
