We're currently hiring Part-Time Licensed Estheticians in our spa and to help lead our fun and educational spa camps for tweens and teens. No prior spa experience is necessary — just a willingness to learn, grow, and inspire the next generation with confidence and skincare knowledge. Requirements:

Spa Camps:

Presenting and instructing real skincare practices Performing mini facials on tweens Games, snacks, and just having fun while discussing skincare and products Recommending products for teens and moms to take home Available for working weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) Maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with all members and guests Call campers during downtime to assist them in booking their next appointment & treatment follow up Maintain the cleanliness of treatment room and assist in overall cleanliness of the clinic Keep thorough notes for all campers Conduct thorough consultations prior to beginning any session What the Role Looks like for

Spa:

Services You'll Perform:

Clear Skin Club treatments Custom acne facials and deep pore cleansing treatments Extractions and advanced tools (e.g., high frequency, LED, ultrasonic) Skin consultations and at-home skincare coaching Maintenance plans for long-term clear skin

Optional:

Back facials and body acne treatments Part Time position. Monday-Sunday Qualifications and Skills- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license In California Minimum high school diploma. Pass a criminal background check. Display a positive attitude towards customers and team members. Superior customer service and communication skills. Access to reliable transportation to and from work, and report to work as scheduled. Attendance at work is an essential function of this position. Team player Must have skin consultation and sales experience in a medical aesthetics environment. Assist at Front Desk with tasks related to your services as needed, ie: making calls and booking clients.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity to perform precise skin treatments. Capability to lift and move spa equipment and supplies.
