Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and skin care consultations. Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, and advanced nail care techniques. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and experience. Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas following health regulations. Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve service quality. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state law. Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art. Experience with eyelash extensions, body waxing and facial. Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling of products and services.
