to schedule appointments, process transactions, maintain client records, and optimize daily operations. Oversee sanitation protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff while adhering to industry standards. Engage actively in social media management by posting updates, promotions, and client success stories to attract new guests and foster community engagement. Handle front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, managing appointment bookings, and providing exceptional guest services. Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, nail art techniques, tattooing procedures (where licensed), and med spa innovations to continually elevate service offerings. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options like dermal fillers or deep tissue massage while ensuring their comfort throughout each session. Experience Valid state licensure as an Independent Cosmetologist with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience in a full-service salon or med spa environment with familiarity in management systems like Millennium or

Strong background in customer service with the ability to build lasting client relationships through personalized care. Hands-on expertise in hair styling techniques including coloring, extensions, barbering skills such as straight razor shaves, and nail care procedures. Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or esthetic laser therapy is highly desirable. Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes coupled with excellent communication skills for guest interactions.
