. The Diamond & Pearl Hair Salon is looking for independent stylists to join our brand-new salon! . 65 Southbridge Street, Suite 220, Auburn, MA . Conveniently located right on the Worcester line in a great, easy-to-get-to location! .

We are currently looking for:

2 Full-Time Booth Rental Chairs Available — $850/month 1 Part-Time Booth Rental Chair Available — $650/month for 3 days/week Have you been working as a commission stylist for a while and thinking about making the jump to booth rental, but you're nervous about doing it on your own? . This could be your opportunity! . I worked as a commission stylist for 12 years before making the transition to booth renting myself just one year ago. Since making that change, I've been able to more than double my income while having more control over my schedule, pricing, clients, and business. . One of my biggest goals with opening The Diamond & Pearl Hair Salon is to create a booth rental salon where stylists can be independent without feeling like they're completely on their own. . You'll run your own business and keep 100% of what you make from your services, but if you want guidance along the way, I'm happy to help! .

Whether you need tips on:

Finding and attracting new clients Building and retaining your clientele Marketing yourself & using social media Setting your pricing Learning the ins and outs of running a booth rental business Understanding the financial side of being self-employed Growing your income and business over time I want to be a resource for our renters and share what I've learned through my own transition from commission stylist, to booth renter, and now salon owner. .!

Each renter will have:

Their own locking cabinet with a key A dedicated and secure place for color, products, supplies, and personal belongings Pin-pad access to the salon suite The ability to come and go based on their own work schedule The independence and flexibility to run their own schedule and business I also want to make sure our renters AND every client who walks through our doors are taken care of! . Our renters and their clients will have access to a fully stocked complimentary coffee & snack bar including: Hot & iced coffee Bottled water Soda Snacks As a stylist behind the chair, I know what those long days are like — sometimes we're so busy that we barely have time to stop and eat! . And our clients may be spending hours in the salon or coming straight from work without having a chance to grab something beforehand. . That's why I wanted to make sure our salon is stocked with the little essentials that can make a BIG difference during a busy day. . I want both our stylists and their clients to always feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of while they're here. .
