Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a licensed Insurance Agent to sell insurance policies, help customers choose the right coverage, and manage client accounts. Responsibilities include generating leads, answering customer questions, explaining policy options, processing applications, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, is self-motivated, and can work independently to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service. An active insurance license is required. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance policies that meet client requirements Negotiate terms and coverage options to secure optimal solutions for clients while maintaining compliance with industry regulations Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, follow-up communications, and record keeping Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including telemarketing and digital outreach Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and resolving issues promptly Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate advice and compliance Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication. Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details Knowledge of marketing techniques to enhance client engagement and agency visibility Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty Build a rewarding career combining sales and customer service as an independent insurance agent. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
