Branch:

Warmly greeting walk-in clients and managing a high-volume multi-line phone system with professional energy.

Retention & Renewals:

Proactively reaching out to our current Farmers family to review their coverage and manage policy renewals. Your goal is to ensure our clients stay protected and happy.

Fast-Paced Operations:

Managing administrative tasks and client follow-ups with speed and accuracy to keep up with our rapid growth.

Self-Driven Outreach:

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or improve coverage during routine calls, directly impacting your commission checks.
