Licensed Insurance Producer

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual in Chickasha to join our team in a structured program designed for professional growth within the insurance industry. In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced agent and receive hands-on training while progressing and developing your skills as an agent. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting Quote and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship Requirements Ability to successfully pass a background check Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a professional, growth-oriented mindset

Pay:
