What You'll Do Meet or exceed monthly sales expectations : Here, effort = success. If you bring grit and consistency, you'll be in the right place. Prospect and connect with potential clients through outside sales and outreach. Conduct needs assessments to understand what clients need and recommend the right products. Handle sales administration and compliance tasks . Deliver exceptional customer experience and coverage counseling. Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and sales activities to support ongoing improvement and performance. What We're Looking For Proven experience in outside sales, commercial sales, or retail sales , with the ability to meet or exceed targets on a consistent basis. A track record of closing deals effectively. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and regulations (preferred). Strong communication skills. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone and have real conversations. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to match solutions to client needs. Why Join Us? Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
