Position Overview Environmental Works LLC is seeking a high-level Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are especially interested in plumbers who already hold a Washington Journeyman Plumbing License or are licensed in both Oregon and Washington. If you are dual licensed, experienced, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a company investing heavily in growth, leadership, and long-term team retention, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities A day in the life at Eworks can include: Residential and commercial service plumbing Main water line repairs and replacements Sewer and secondary line work Water heater installation and replacement Fixture replacements and plumbing upgrades Drain and camera inspections Garbage disposal installation Remodels and ADUs Ejection pump systems Troubleshooting and diagnostics New installations and specialty plumbing projects No two days look the same here Qualifications Current Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License Washington Plumbing License strongly preferred Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team mentality Ability to work independently and problem solve in the field ServiceTitan experience is a plus Commercial plumbing experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Up to $65+/hour for dual Oregon/Washington licensed plumbers Overtime opportunities Company vehicle opportunities based on role and experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Paid sick leave Generous PTO accrual Aflac supplemental coverage Mass Mutual Life Insurance Employee appreciation events and team culture initiatives Retention bonus opportunities for long-term team members Why Join Environmental Works?
