Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual patient needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and customize therapies accordingly Educate patients on pain management strategies, physiology, anatomy, and occupational health practices to support their recovery goals Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and optimize patient results Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, relaxing environment and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Stay current with industry best practices and expand your expertise through ongoing professional development in areas such as med spa treatments or advanced massage techniques Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally in the jurisdiction Proven experience delivering diverse massage modalities including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or medical setting is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively Familiarity with pain management techniques and holistic approaches to health improvement Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude within a multidisciplinary team Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing healing touch that transforms lives.
