As an Independent Contractor , you retain full control over your schedule, technique, and client approach, while benefiting from a premium, fully equipped environment. What We Provide (Included in the Service Fee): We take care of the logistics so you can focus entirely on your clients. Your agreement includes full access to massage tables, linens, laundry services, and professional-grade creams, plus:

Front Desk & Tech Resources:

Use of the front desk workstation, scheduling/booking software, automated payment/billing systems, and all merchant credit card processing fees covered.

Premium Room Environment:

Use of towel warmers, air purifiers, humidifiers, and an integrated sound system.

Specialized Tools & Modalities:

Full access to cupping sets, hot stones, cold stones, and a premium selection of essential oils.

Client Hospitality:

Complimentary water cooler and tea selection, plus in-room client amenities (makeup remover wipes, towels, disposable contact lens cases, etc.).

Sanitation & Turnover:

Full access to all OSHA-compliant cleaning and sanitizing supplies required for room turnover.

On-Site Laundry:

Open access to the on-site washer/dryer for all linens used during your sessions.

Note:

Contractors are welcome and encouraged to bring and use their own specialized tools, creams/oils, or supplies at their own expense if they prefer.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Must maintain a valid Michigan Massage Therapist License in good standing.

Insurance:

Must maintain active Professional Liability Insurance (e.g., AMTA, ABMP) and provide proof of coverage.

Documentation:
