Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help create a calming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including swedish, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, explaining procedures clearly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing therapies for pain management or occupational health concerns. Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and massage techniques such as swedish, deep tissue and sports massage. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Knowledge of occupational health principles related to workplace ergonomics and injury prevention. Prior med spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with spa environments and client care standards. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
