Since day one, our focus has been on delivering exceptional service in a space that feels both modern and welcoming. Our lounge offers a full range of services including waxing, advanced skincare, natural nails, brow and lash services, and massage therapy—all within a tranquil, professional environment designed for both our clients and our team. We are currently seeking a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist who truly enjoys helping clients feel their best. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrives in a team-oriented setting while delivering a high-quality, personalized experience. Schedule:

Flexible with required availability for 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday - or both). Clean Slate offers our Massage Therapists the following benefits: Competitive compensation plan Ongoing training opportunities Generous discounts on treatments and products A permanent schedule Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Essential Massage Therapist Duties Perform scheduled massages in accordance with policies and procedures and brand standards Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills Provide high level of guest service at all times to all guest of the spa Each client will complete a client intake form(s). You must be able to assess contraindications and conditions and consult with clients Dedication to staying up to date on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure Certified in Prenatal Massage & Cupping is a plus. Dual licensed is a major plus! •We provide all tools and products necessary to preform all services, you just show up! We have a Spa Coordinator working at all times to book your appointments, check-in and check-out your clients.
