We are currently expanding our team and hiring for two distinct Massage Therapist roles —one for entry-level talent and one for experienced professionals ready to lead in advanced bodywork. Position 1: Entry-Level Massage Therapist Ideal for: Recent graduates or licensed massage therapists with less than 2 years of experience who are passionate about wellness and eager to grow in a supportive, high-end spa environment. Training Provided

• You'll receive full training in our signature 4-Hands Wellness Treatments , including: Integrative services that pair massage with head spa, facials, or nail services Clinical Herbal Foot Soaks with Massage Entry-level Full Body Massage techniques using clean, therapeutic products

Requirements:

North Carolina massage therapy license (or pending license) A desire to grow and learn within a collaborative, team-based environment Excellent guest care and communication skills Position 2: Senior-Level Massage Therapist Ideal for: Licensed massage therapists with 5+ years of hands-on experience who are confident in full-body treatment protocols and excited to deliver elevated, results-driven services.

Primary Focus Areas:

Full Body Massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, etc.) Body Scrubs & Wraps using our signature luxury products Contributing to training support and protocol refinement as a senior team member

Requirements:

Active North Carolina massage therapy license Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a spa or clinical setting Strong technical skill set, professionalism, and leadership qualities Familiarity with non-toxic, holistic skincare products is a plus Why Join Us?
