Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Develop customized treatment plans based on physiology knowledge, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure effective pain management Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and session details in compliance with privacy standards Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies or occupational health strategies for ongoing wellness Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and professional standards Collaborate with other healthcare or med spa professionals to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service offerings Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain relief Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Experience in pain management strategies within a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of occupational health principles to promote client safety and well-being during treatments Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a lively environment where your skills can truly make a difference!
