Tiered Compensation Plan:

We offer a rewarding pay structure that increases with your commitment: $38/hr | For therapists seeking a lighter, flexible schedule $42/hr | For therapists committing to 50+ appointment hours per month Premium rates are negotiable for LMTs with advanced certifications, extensive experience, and expanded scheduling availability.

Total Earning Potential:

Including tips and service enhancements, our team members typically earn between $72 and $85 per hour

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

Active Washington State Massage Therapist License Active Liability Insurance Strong understanding of human physiology and therapeutic techniques

Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and provide tailored, high-quality therapeutic sessions Manage client rebooking and payment processing to ensure continuity of care Maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming treatment space including room sanitization and turnover Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the clinic through light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and shared space upkeep Communicate professionally and warmly with clients and fellow team members Why you'll love working here: Zero laundry duties: We handle all linens and laundry so you can focus 100% on your clients

Annual reimbursement for WA State LMT License renewal fees (available after one year of service)
