Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments that effectively address pain management and occupational health concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and progress. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Experience in pain management practices is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
