Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist The Healing Order - Columbia Gorge Historic View Point Inn | Corbett, Oregon About The Healing Order The Healing Order is a boutique wellness center located at the historic View Point Inn, overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. The setting matters to us. The view, the quiet, the architecture, and the pace all support the kind of healing work we do here. Our clinic is rooted in classical Chinese medicine and integrative care. We work slowly, thoughtfully, and with great respect for the body's innate intelligence. Our practitioners are mentored by our founder, Dr. Heiner Fruehauf , whose work has shaped much of the depth and integrity of our clinical culture. Many of our offerings are uncommon in the U.S. and have been chosen deliberately—not for trends, but for their capacity to support real, lasting healing. Everything we do is held inside an environment that is warm, personal, and deeply intentional.
Our ecosystem includes:
A premium clinical experience that is calm, welcoming, and highly personalized A specialty spa with treatments originating in China and Europe and beyond A whole-food kitchen guided by a food-as-medicine philosophy using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients Overnight accommodations for guests participating in immersive, multi-day and week-long healing programs The Position We are expanding and are looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team as we open our new collaborative healing space this summer. This role is for someone who wants to work with depth —not in a high-volume spa environment, but in a setting where presence, continuity of care, and relationship truly matter. We are especially interested in practitioners who are aligned with Eastern modalities , curious, and open to learning specialized therapies that may be new to them. The Space & Team Our new Corbett location is being created as a place practitioners can actually settle into—not just pass through.
You can expect:
Private treatment rooms designed for nervous system regulation and sensory calm A custom apothecary with handcrafted Chinese herbal formulas and thoughtfully curated supplements A collaborative team culture with mentorship, shared learning, and open communication Integrated services including therapeutic bodywork, Daoist moxibustion, classical herbal work, Oil Dispersion Baths, Vichy Shower treatments, and Cedar Enzyme Bath techniques Patients who are engaged, respectful, and committed to their healing process Who This Is For You may be a good fit if you are: Licensed to practice massage therapy in Oregon Skilled in a range of massage techniques Drawn to Eastern, integrative, or traditional healing systems Willing and genuinely interested in learning specialized healing therapies (training is provided) Grounded, emotionally mature, and comfortable working as part of a team Someone who values clear communication, shared responsibility, and mutual respect Looking for a place where you can build a steady practice and feel part of something , not isolated Bonus (not required): Experience or interest in classical herbalism, somatic-based work, or related modalities What We Offer Beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms Training and mentorship in advanced integrative and herbal work Front desk and patient coordination support A collaborative, supportive practitioner environment Competitive compensation with room to grow This role begins as a 1099 position at $50 per patient with a full schedule For those who want to put down roots, this position can evolve into a W2 role with full benefits The opportunity to do meaningful work with patients who are ready and willing to heal Why Work Here We are building something intentional and long-term.
