Aquariuswellness.com We are looking for you if you are interested in a cozy boutique spa environment for both you and our clients. We offer a luxurious "home away from home" space with marketing support, on line booking, and the opportunity to earn more than you can working for someone else. Massage Therapists that work with us administer professional massage services to our clientele and new clients that request massage services through our marketing efforts. We expect you to have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and be willing to customize your service to each client's unique needs. Excellent communication, listening and customer service skills are required and you should be willing to proactively promote the spa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure guests feel valued and welcome when they arrive for their appointment. Provide a comprehensive consultation emphasizing customization of treatment and its unique features and benefits for the guest. Be prompt and timely with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. Provide consistent professional massage in accordance with accepted certification practices. Have complete knowledge, understanding and experience in all services provided. Uphold the standard of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures. Complete notes and maintain accurate documentation for each client. Perform prep work, properly clean and reset room as required for next therapist. Communicate to Management any and all occurrences involving other employees or guests in the spa that require attention. Proactively promote the spa, treatments and services, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests and new potential clients. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment. Arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled work time to prepare yourself and the room for the service, and may be required to stay thirty (30) minutes later beyond work schedule for clean up responsibilities. Education and Experience Requirements:

Certified and licensed through State License Board of Missouri. Must carry and maintain professional liability insurance coverage of at least $6,000,000 aggregate annual and $2,000,000 per incident. 1+ years of massage experience preferred but not required.
