At Rosie's Recovery Center, we provide high-quality outpatient mental health services, specializing in trauma recovery, addiction treatment, and overall mental health care. Our center is dedicated to supporting both our clients and clinicians through a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Job Summary:
Rosie's Recovery Center is looking for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team on a fee-for-service basis. The LMSW will provide therapy services under clinical supervision, focusing on individual and group counseling, as well as case management. This role is an excellent opportunity for clinicians working toward LCSW licensure, with access to ongoing supervision and continuing education.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Conduct psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and discharge planning as part of the treatment process. Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure holistic care. Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing case consultations as you work toward LCSW licensure. Keep accurate and timely documentation using ICANotes , ensuring all records are in compliance with organizational and state requirements. Coordinate care with external agencies and healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state. Strong interest in working toward LCSW licensure through clinical supervision and experience. Familiarity with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong time-management and organizational skills.

This is a fee-for-service position. No benefits are offered with this role. We offer continuing education classes to help you grow professionally and stay current on best practices. Supervision hours provided to meet program and licensure requirements. Free CEU's
