Administrative Support :

We handle scheduling and billing, so you can focus on your clients. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions. Collaborate with licensed supervisors to develop and review treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Maryland COMAR standards and clinic policies. Engage in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Active Maryland provisional license (LGPC, LGADC, LMSW). Commitment to obtaining full licensure (LCPC, LCADC, LCSW-C). Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using electronic health records (experience with ICANotes is a plus).

Compensation Fee-for-Service Rates:
