Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on client preferences Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty tools by applying retail math skills to meet sales goals Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to continually elevate service quality Requirements Valid cosmetology license or nail technician license accordance with state regulations Proven experience in performing professional nail care services with a strong portfolio of work Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in the beauty industry Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join our team where your passion for beauty meets endless opportunities for growth!
