This position is ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about helping individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program provides high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in group and individual counseling, clinical documentation, and treatment planning within a behavioral health setting. Candidates with leadership-oriented credentials such as ACS (Approved Clinical Supervisor) or CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) are highly encouraged to apply.

Position Details Full-Time PHP/IOP Level of Care Primary Substance Abuse & Dual-Diagnosis Treatment Location:

New Jersey Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials Responsibilities Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members to coordinate patient care Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and company policies Conduct case reviews and participate in treatment team meetings Educate patients and families on substance use disorders, relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery resources Support discharge and aftercare planning efforts Maintain professional and ethical standards in all clinical interactions Qualifications Active New Jersey license required:

LAC LSW LPC LCSW

ACS or CCS credential strongly preferred Experience working in a PHP and/or IOP setting preferred Prior experience in a dual-diagnosis or substance abuse treatment center strongly preferred Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus Preferred Experience Group therapy facilitation Relapse prevention planning Crisis management Trauma-informed care Motivational Interviewing (MI) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance populations is a plus

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
