What You'll Do Provide luxurious waterless manicures, pedicures with steam and LED therapy treatments designed to improve skin health and nail care. Focus on anti-aging hand and foot care through specialized techniques and high-performance products. Offer personalized consultations, educating clients on aftercare, non-toxic ingredients, and wellness-focused routines. Ensure impeccable cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards, including autoclave usage. Build strong relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, environment. Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience. What We're Looking For A l icensed nail tech in PA with 3+ years of salon or spa experience Expert in gel and natural nail care (Dazzle Dry, The Gel Bottle = a plus!) Passionate about clean beauty and client experience Kind, collaborative, and proud of your craft of experience in nail services (experience in skin care, anti-aging treatments, or wellness is a plus!). Have knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends. Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity. Capable of maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment. Possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. Work effectively within a team environment. Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with our high standards.
