We prioritize healthy nail growth, gentle products, and elevated customer care over excessive enhancements. We're looking for a detail-oriented Nail Technician to provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments while helping maintain smooth salon operations and an exceptional client experience. Dazzle Dry, CND, DARK No acrylic or DIP services. Technicians experienced in Russian manicures, structured gel, dry pedicures, and natural nail care are strongly encouraged to apply. Paid training provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver manicures and pedicures focused on natural nail care and long-term nail health Perform excellent nail shaping, detailed cuticle work, gel applications, treatments, and nail art Educate clients on nail health, maintenance, and treatment options Maintain inventory of nail supplies Sanitize all instruments and maintain a clean, orderly workstation Provide warm, professional service that builds client loyalty Support smooth check-ins, bookings, and salon SOPs Assist with rebooking clients and educating guests on maintenance schedules Learn and apply sales, client retention, and customer experience techniques Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Report workflow issues or accidents to management What a Day Looks Like at The Lullabar Review bookings with colleagues and the front desk team Welcome and check in clients Provide manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and client care Maintain a clean, organized workstation Sanitize tools and follow safety protocols Learn salon systems, workflow management, and luxury customer service standards Work alongside front desk and management to improve client experience and retention
