Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing facility. Duties Manage daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Supervise staff, including nurses and support personnel, fostering a positive work environment. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and sustainability of the facility. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding assisted living and memory care. Advocate for resident rights, ensuring that all residents receive dignified and respectful care. Oversee admissions processes and coordinate care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and improve resident outcomes. Implement operational policies and procedures that promote efficient management of the facility. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or similar senior care environment. Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in healthcare settings. Familiarity with regulations governing assisted living, group homes, and memory care facilities. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to advocating for the needs of seniors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations. A degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
