This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehabilitation center where your leadership will directly impact residents, families, and staff every day. Your Role & Impact As Administrator, you will serve as the driving force behind our facility's success—leading teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture rooted in compassion and accountability.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Provide vision, direction, and oversight to all departments within a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehab environmentRegulatory Excellence:
Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and CMS guidelinesFinancial Stewardship:
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support operational successTeam Development:
Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, engaged teamQuality of Care:
Champion a resident-centered culture that prioritizes dignity, safety, and outcomesCommunity Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator license (state required) Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or or long term acute care (LTAC) facility Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement Proven success in financial management and operational leadership Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
