Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Esencia Wellness & Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy and wellness clinic in Davie, FL. We are looking for a team-oriented PTA who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a supportive, professional, and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on exercises and home programs Deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications:

Active Florida PTA license required Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with EMR systems is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Position Details:
