Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Store Manager at a leading wireless retail brand! Duties Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of staff, inventory, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management. Manage all aspects of retail sales including merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize revenue. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing solutions that foster loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Maintain accurate payroll records, manage cash handling procedures, and oversee bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions and inventory management while controlling stock levels through purchasing and inventory control practices. Implement marketing initiatives within the store to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Supervise shift schedules, ensure compliance with safety policies, and manage store budgets effectively. Monitor retail math metrics such as sales per hour and average transaction size to optimize store performance. Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing store operations. Excellent communication skills in both English and the designated second language; bilingual ability is essential. Experience with recruiting, employee training & development, and conducting interviews. Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles. Knowledge of merchandising strategies, marketing techniques, and promotional planning. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Pay:
$15.50 - $18.00 per hour
