Job Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement and progress individualized treatment plans in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care following established plans of care Progress therapeutic exercises and functional activities appropriately Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and manual techniques as directed Communicate patient progress with supervising Physical Therapist Complete accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas (or eligible) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates welcome Strong communication and time management skills Ability to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off (PTO) CEU reimbursement and MedBridge access Schedule Options Full-time Part-time and PRN positions available
