Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. This role requires strong clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and strength. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols. Utilize equipment and techniques to support rehabilitation goals. Promote patient independence and overall well-being. Participate in discharge planning and recommend follow-up care.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license as PT. BLS by

AHA COVID

card (Medical/Religious exemption are accepted)
