Licensed Plumber JM or Ms

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber (JM or MS) for commercial and residential service work. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment Abiliy to Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts is a plus. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement effective solution Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety guidelines; perform heavy lifting as part of installation or repair projects. Valid license as a Plumber JM or MS( or equivalent certification) with proven field experience in construction and residential plumbing Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of Plumbing and HVAC systems, Experience working on commercial or large-scale construction sites; familiarity with construction safety standards also a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; basic math skills for measurements and calculations Valid driver's license for site access or material transport Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience in assembly and maintenance tasks This is a perfect part time position for a possibly semi retired, reliable and trustworthy individual or someone who does not require full time work. Experience in commercial and residential plumbing.

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
