Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality resident care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to RN/physician Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Pennslyvania Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Schedule:
