What You'll Do As a Residential Services LPN, you are a vital part of an interdisciplinary team focused on health, safety, dignity, and community inclusion.

Your work will include:

Providing person-centered nursing support aligned with Individual Service Plans Administering and overseeing medications and treatments within LPN scope Monitoring health status, recognizing changes in condition, and escalating concerns appropriately Coordinating and participating in medical appointments and care transitions Supporting infection control, nutrition, and environmental safety in residential settings Training and coaching Direct Support Professionals on health-related protocols Completing accurate, timely nursing documentation to meet regulatory standards This position is designated as an Essential Employee , ensuring continuity of care during emergencies and inclement weather.
