Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and documentation of medical histories. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, processing, and basic medical imaging procedures. Support patients with activities of daily living, including mobility assistance, catheter care, tube feeding, and wound management. Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or developmental disabilities. Participate in discharge planning and patient education to promote health coaching and self-care strategies. Ensure infection control standards are upheld through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Skills Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, ventilator care, or behavioral health patients. Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations accurately while demonstrating excellent patient assessment skills. Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing procedures to ensure patient safety at all times.
