WHAT YOU'LL DO

Medication administration (PO, injections, treatments) Monitor and assess residents Perform treatments and wound care Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks Charting and documentation Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team Respond to changes in patient condition

WHAT YOU NEED

Active NY LPN license

SNF / LTC

Comfortable with 10-15+ patients Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions) Able to handle fast-paced environment
