Licensed Practical Nurse

Job description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including assisted living, urgent care, and outpatient services. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Assist with sterile processing and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Perform gastric lavage and other necessary medical procedures as required. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care. Perform clerical-administrative tasks as requested. Experience LPN license required. Experience in outpatient or urgent care environments is beneficial.
