Registered Nurse (RN) Adolscents, Night Shift, Rotating Schedule

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be working with adolescent males from 12-16. This role is essential in the medical care of our young men. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering exceptional nursing services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Ability to administer medications when prescribed. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary. Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
