Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This is a part time position. Please apply and I will call with more details Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes. Assist with daily living activities for patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform basic life support and emergency procedures as needed Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards. Experience Candidates should have experience or familiarity in one or more of the following areas: Critical care experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers at least 3 years peds experience Long-term care or assisted living settings Hospital medicine, including emergency room or ICU experience Home care or hospice care environments Pediatrics or geriatrics Medical office experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks ement techniques and acute pain management protocols We encourage applicants who are passionate about patient care and possess strong communication skills to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
