36 hours/week We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Springfield, CO. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support the healthcare team, and ensure patient comfort and safety during assigned shifts. Responsibilities Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions Administer medications and treatments as directed Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care Maintain accurate patient documentation Support patients with daily living activities and care needs Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff Requirements Active LPN license in Colorado or compact state license BLS certification required Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work 12-hour day shifts

Pay:

$37.00 - $39.00 per hour
