In Person Overview VitalCare Dialysis is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Dialysis team. We provide dialysis services to hospitals across Oklahoma and are looking for motivated nurses who are committed to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence in an acute care environment. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys hands-on patient care, works well in fast-paced hospital settings, and wants to grow their experience in dialysis nursing. Responsibilities Assist with acute hemodialysis treatments in hospital settings Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and patient assessments Assist with medication administration and patient care under RN supervision and within scope of practice Support infection control and aseptic techniques during dialysis procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Assist with dialysis machine setup, preparation, and breakdown Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, hospital staff, patients, and families Provide compassionate care and patient education regarding dialysis treatments and procedures Support emergency and on-call dialysis operations as needed Qualifications Current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing Dialysis experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with strong clinical skills Hospital, long-term care, ICU, ER, or medical-surgical experience is beneficial Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred Current BLS certification required Must be dependable, flexible, and able to adapt in acute care environments What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid time off Flexible scheduling opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a growing independent acute dialysis provider serving hospitals throughout Oklahoma Apply Today We would love the opportunity to speak with you about joining our team.Pay:
